Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect through trinidadzuluaga.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We know that reaching out about an evaluation can feel like a big step, and we treat what you share with care.

If you live in Washington State, please also read our Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

This website belongs to Transformation, Movement and Balance, PLLC, the practice of Trinidad Zuluaga, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, Washington, Oregon, and Nevada, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri. We provide mental health evaluations for immigration cases, forensic evaluations for attorneys, and individual psychotherapy for adults. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Trinidad Zuluaga and her team.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Through the contact form: your name, phone number, email, preferred language, the service you are asking about, whether you have an immigration attorney, and how you found us.

  • When you call, text, or email us: whatever you choose to tell us.

  • From attorneys: your name, firm, contact details, and the questions the evaluation needs to answer.

Please do not send documents or a detailed account of your history through the website. We will collect what is needed in a secure way once you decide to move forward.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical information collected by our website host, Wix, such as your browser, device, approximate location based on your IP address, and the pages you visit.

  • If you accept advertising or analytics cookies: information about whether you arrived from a Google ad and whether you contacted us afterward.

Information from others

  • An attorney who refers you may share your name and contact details with us.

3. How we use your information

  • To answer your inquiry and schedule a consultation.

  • To prepare for your consultation, including choosing the right type of evaluation or service.

  • To connect you with an immigration attorney, if you ask us to.

  • To keep the website working and secure.

  • To understand whether our Google ads bring people to the site, only if you accept those cookies.

  • To meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.

4. Sensitive information

The service you choose, and anything you tell us by phone or email, may reveal information about your health or your immigration situation. Only Trinidad and her clinical team can see it, and we use it only to respond to you and prepare for your evaluation or therapy.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run the practice, under their own confidentiality and security terms: Wix (website and contact form) and Google (email, plus website analytics and ad measurement if you accept those cookies).

  • With your attorney, with your permission.

  • With an immigration attorney we refer you to, if you ask us to.

  • When the law requires or allows it, such as a court order or subpoena, a required report of suspected abuse, or to prevent serious and imminent harm.

Your evaluation report goes to you or your attorney, and you and your attorney decide how it is used in your case. We do not otherwise share your information with immigration authorities or any other government agency unless a law or court order requires it.

6. Cookies and advertising

Our website uses essential cookies so it can work. With your permission, it may also use Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies to count visits, ad clicks, and form submissions. These tools do not receive what you write in the contact form. We do not use remarketing, which means we do not follow you around the internet with ads after you visit our site.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner when you first visit. To change your choice later, clear the cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.

7. How we protect your information

We limit access to the people who need it, use secure services, and transfer clinical records only through secure file transfer. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will let you know if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

8. How long we keep it

If you contact us but do not become a client, we delete your inquiry after 12 months. If you become a client, your clinical records are kept separately from this website, for the time required by our professional licensing rules.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you and give you a copy.

  • Correct information that is wrong.

  • Delete your information, except records we are legally required to keep.

  • Stop using your information for anything you previously agreed to.

To make a request, email us at immigration.evaluations.co@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your identity and respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will review it again within 45 days.

10. Nevada residents

If you live in Nevada, or we collect your information in Nevada, Nevada law gives you additional rights over your consumer health data. Consumer health data means information that identifies you and relates to your health, such as the service you ask about in our contact form.

Nevada law asks us to tell you the following. Most of it is already explained in this policy, so we point you to the right section:

  • What we collect, where it comes from, and why we use it: see sections 2 and 3.

  • Whom we share it with: the service providers and people listed in section 5. We have no affiliates, and we never sell consumer health data.

  • Tracking across other websites: Google may collect information about your visits over time and across different websites, but only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies (section 6).

  • How we tell you about changes: see section 12.

As a Nevada resident, you also have the right to:

  • Know whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data.

  • Get a list of the third parties we have shared it with.

  • Ask us to stop sharing it.

  • Ask us to delete it.

To use any of these rights, email us as explained in section 9. We respond within 45 days, and you can appeal if we deny your request.

11. Children

This website is not meant for children under 13. When an evaluation involves a minor, a parent or legal guardian contacts us on their behalf.

12. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If we make an important change in how we use consumer health data, we will ask for your permission first.
